Full time office based role with free parking. Location: Guildford, with one monthly travel to the Luton office.

Our client is a growing family-run business focused on providing exceptional customer service. They are seeking an experienced Customer Experience / Culture Assistant to join a fast-paced team based in Guildford. This role sits within the customer experience team, where you will be the first point of contact for external customers and will also look after internal employees with all company socials, events, benefits, etc., contributing to maintaining a positive work environment. They are looking for someone who embodies their values and is a people person over experience.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting / managing onsite Customer Experience
  • Maintaining high-quality facilities with the Customer Experience Team
  • Managing customer communication
  • Supervising business events
  • Supervising the efficient running of the office
  • Assisting operational staff
