Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (early finish Fridays on a rota)

My client is looking for a Customer Services & Estimating Coordinator to join their professional and friendly team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where delivering excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly are key.

The Role

  • You'll be a main point of contact for customers, ensuring a first-class experience from enquiry through to completion.
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
  • Preparing, updating and issuing estimates and quotations
  • Processing repairs, overhauls and parts orders
  • Managing RFQs and following up with customers
  • Planning jobs into the workshop and tracking progress
  • Keeping customers informed on timelines and updates
  • Supporting the wider Customer Services team
  • Using internal systems, spreadsheets and pricing tools accurately

Attention to detail is essential, particularly when working with technical information.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' customer service and administration experience
  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise changing workloads
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Professional, reliable and calm under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
