Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls, manage enquiries, and take messages
- Greet visitors and keep reception tidy
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and basic admin tasks
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
