What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Administrator / Account Executive, you’ll take full responsibility for managing your own portfolio of customers, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial quotation to order completion. You’ll become their trusted partner, ensuring every interaction is smooth, accurate and delivered with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all sales activity within your customer portfolio
  • Gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Proactively following up on quotes, orders and new opportunities to keep everything moving
  • Offering product recommendations and value‐adding suggestions that support customer goals
  • Producing accurate quotations in line with company KPIs
  • Responding to queries, providing order updates and ensuring a consistently great customer experience
  • Building strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and trust
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including purchasing and production, to meet delivery commitments
  • Supporting process improvements within the sales function
  • Keeping CRM records and internal documentation accurate, up-to-date and well organised
