Your role would be:
- Customer support via phone and email
- Order processing
- Manage the subscription and on-boarding of new clients
- Keep the in-house CRM system up to date
- Account management
- General admin support
Ideal candidate:
- Strong communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Previous customer service experience
- Good IT skills proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM
