About the business

This is a specialist travel company creating carefully designed, experience‑led tours for a loyal customer base. Products are built with long‑standing partners, strong destination knowledge and a focus on quality rather than volume. The commercial team plays a key role in making sure trips are priced accurately, set up correctly and ready to sell without cutting corners.

The role

This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role supporting the Product & Commercial team. This role is Hybrid, with 3 days a week in their picturesque offices. As a Contracts & Pricing Executive, you'll help load tours into the booking system, maintain pricing, manage vouchers and support competitor price checks. It's ideal for someone confident with numbers and data who wants to build commercial experience in the travel sector. Training is provided and you'll work closely with experienced colleagues to learn the ropes.

What you'll be doing

  • Loading tour products accurately into the booking system
  • Checking and updating prices in line with guidance
  • Supporting competitor price comparisons
  • Booking excursions and issuing vouchers for trips
  • Making sure products are set up on time and to deadline
  • Keeping product data neat, accurate and consistent
  • Helping improve processes to save time and reduce errors

What we're looking for

  • Good numeracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data
  • Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • Clear communicator who asks questions when unsure
  • Some experience in admin, commercial support, pricing or data roles

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in travel or tourism
  • Experience using booking or pricing systems
