Immediate opportunity for a hands-on temp to support a busy, friendly team. Varied role combining customer service, order processing, and admin.

Key Duties

  • Manage customer complaints inbox - respond, resolve, and arrange replacements
  • Log and track complaints accurately on Excel
  • Pack and dispatch goodwill replacements via courier
  • Flag repeat product issues to management
  • Send faulty items for investigation
  • Liaise with sales on stock for customer resolutions
  • Support the team with order processing transactions
  • General office admin, filing, post handling - and teas and coffees!

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service and order processing experience
  • Confident handling complaints professionally
  • Strong Excel skills and data input accuracy
  • Reliable, organised, and happy to pitch in with other office duties
  • Available immediately from 6 July with no immediate planned leave
