My client is seeking a proactive and personable Community Associate to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of one of our vibrant work spaces. This role plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional member experience, managing daily operations, and fostering a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised entrance area.
- Deliver excellent hospitality and customer service during key business hours.
- Member Relations & Community Building
- Develop meaningful relationships with members to understand their needs and foster engagement.
- Proactively connect members to encourage collaboration and support a strong community culture.
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the brand, values, and offerings.
- Operational Support
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of building facilities.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure that operational standards and cleanliness are consistently upheld.
- Event Facilitation
- Assist with the planning and execution of community events and programming.
- Ensure events run smoothly and contribute to member satisfaction and engagement.
- Product & Service Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's services and how they benefit members.
- Communicate offerings clearly and effectively to members and visitors.
What We're Looking For
- A natural people-person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

- Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, community management, or operations is a plus.
