Right now we’re working on our future roadmap, looking across internal functions such as audience insight, fundraising, events management and customer service. There are new integrations we’d like to build and new systems we’d like to scope and onboard – and of course we’ve always got one eye on the cutting edge of the tech and digital world, thinking about how we can best take advantage of emerging technologies and platforms. To succeed in this role, you’ll be a creative technologist with extensive experience of CRM administration, likely using Tessitura or a similar system, and ideally in an arts and culture environment. You’ll also have a solid understanding of a range of other technologies, and first-class people skills to help you work with stakeholders across Tate in your capacity as the product manager for these systems. Most importantly, though, you\’ll be excited by the prospect of helping to deliver large-scale technological and cultural change in a world-class organisation, and full of ideas for how we can make this happen. You’ll work with some fantastic colleagues, gain experience with a wide range of technology, and get involved in both BAU work and ad hoc projects. While we’ll challenge you to grow your skills and take on new responsibilities, we’ll also make sure we support you at every step along the way.
