Overview
Join our Audience Insights team as a Data Officer and play a key role in maintaining the data that underpins reporting, audience research, marketing campaigns and strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
You will help ensure the quality and accuracy of data across a range of systems, produce and maintain regular reports and dashboards, support CRM campaigns and audience research, and work with colleagues across Tate to answer business questions using data.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the data that underpins reporting, audience research, marketing campaigns and strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
- Help ensure the quality and accuracy of data across a range of systems.
- Produce and maintain regular reports and dashboards.
- Support CRM campaigns and audience research.
- Work with colleagues across Tate to answer business questions using data.
Qualifications
- Passionate about reporting and data, with a keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity about how information can be used to solve problems.
- Highly numerate and experienced with Excel and data to produce accurate, high‑quality outputs.
- Confident building collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
- Keen to develop skills in areas such as SQL, Power BI, digital analytics, and quantitative & qualitative research.
- Play an important role in transforming high‑quality data into meaningful insights that inform decision‑making across Tate.
