We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known brand who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support their internal recruitment team during a period of rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and make an immediate impact on a key hiring project.
The Role
- Sifting and screening high volumes of CVs
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
- Shortlisting suitable applicants
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks
About You
- Has previous recruitment or resourcing experience
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Is confident speaking with candidates and managing multiple priorities
Working Pattern
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Bedford office, 3 days working from home
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Package
- £14.50 per hour
- Temporary contract initially for 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend depending on business needs)
