Tate Eats is a unique hospitality business that supports the vision and reach of Tate in all four galleries. All profits are returned to Tate, championing the right to art for everyone. We operate restaurants, cafés and bars, deliver events, manage a roastery, brew beer, blend gin, produce teas, maintain a multi award‑winning wine programme, and collaborate with artists and curators.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Cafe General Assistant with hospitality experience and flexible availability to join our team at Tate St Ives.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Provide high‑quality customer service and hospitality.
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Contribute new ideas and improvements to operations.
