Are you available immediately and ready to step into a fast-paced, high-visibility role in a smart new office environment?
We are seeking a highly positive, can-do individual to join the business in their stunning new office on a temporary basis providing essential support to the wider business while helping shape a newly created front of house role with the support of an established receptionist. There is potential to explore a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right person.
This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Induction to the brand new site next week for a few hours, with the full role starting from 16th February.
Office & Facilities Management
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring set up with equipment and refreshments as needed
- Coordinating office maintenance, equipment and contractor visits
- Leading cleaning operations with external providers and ensuring high standards
- Overseeing desk moves, seating plans, and workspace layouts
- Managing office appliances such as coffee machines
Staff & Visitor Coordination
- Setting up desks, equipment and access for new starters in partnership with HR and IT
- Managing access cards, Wi-Fi, parking queries, EV charging and visitor processes
- Providing behind-the-scenes coordination while front desk reception is covered
Business & Administrative Support
- Organising site events, meetings and room setups
- Supporting large meetings with preparation, printing and catering
- Assisting with internal communications and notices
- Providing light administrative or scheduling support to Directors when required
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintaining H&S records including DSEs, induction logs and compliance documentation
- Coordinating first-aid and fire marshal rotas
- Booking statutory checks such as PAT testing and alarm testing
- Working closely with the SHEQ team
Procurement & Suppliers
- Managing supplier relationships for office equipment and services
- Ordering and restocking welfare items, kitchen supplies, stationery and branded materials
About You
- Exceptionally positive, proactive and solutions-focused
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confident using technology, systems and office equipment
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A strong front-of-house ambassador who represents the business professionally
