Brand and Trademark Administrator (Temporary part time role for 6 months) Chandlers Ford - Hybrid Working - 2 Days per Week | Immediate Start - £13.50-£15.59 per hour depending on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand and Trademark Administrator to support a busy Brand Team on a temporary basis.
This role could suit a student looking for part time work who is currently studying law, intellectual property, or a related discipline who is looking to gain practical experience in the field, as well as individuals with strong research, analytical and organisational skills, and administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark clearance searches across UK and EU databases for proposed product range names.
- Assess and summarise findings on Excel spreadsheet, highlighting any potential risks.
- Maintain and update a central range name library and tracker on Excel.
- Act as the first point of contact for range name search requests and help prioritise workloads.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Brand Team as required.
About You
- Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written communicator, able to present information clearly.
- Organised and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Familiarity with trademark searches or a legal background would be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
