Working Hours Choose from one of the following shifts: 6:00pm - Midnight 3:00pm - MidnightWorking either: Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday Pay Rate £12.85 per hour up to 7pm £15.42 per hour from 7pm to Midnight Start Date Monday 7th September Training Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme: Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm Important: You must be able to commit to the full training period and have no holidays booked during your first six weeks of employment. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing outstanding support across multiple communication channels. Working within a busy and friendly customer experience team, you'll ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer calls, emails and live chat enquiries Supporting customers who wish to place orders Assisting with queries relating to existing orders Advising customers on current promotions, offers and discounts Answering questions regarding deliveries, returns and cancellations Resolving customer complaints and enquiries efficiently Delivering a first-class customer experience every time About You We're looking for enthusiastic and articulate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people. Ideally, you'll have: Previous customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills A professional and friendly telephone manner Strong problem-solving skills Good IT and administration skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Temporary to Permanent Opportunity For the first three months, you will be employed through Tate Recruitment on a weekly paid timesheet basis. Following successful completion of this period, you will move into a permanent role with the client, with no additional probation period required.
