Customer Service Advisor in Bletchley, Milton Keynes | Temporary to Permanent

Starting on Monday 7th September, 9:00am - 6:00pm, £12.85 per hour, 5 days per week. Working every other weekend required with a rotating schedule and regular days off.

Tate Recruitment is currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive customer experience team based in Milton Keynes. Training

Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme: Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm. Important: Full attendance during training is required, and no holidays can be taken during the first six weeks of employment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing support via telephone, email and live chat. You'll be joining a fast-paced, friendly team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound customer calls, emails and live chat enquiries
  • Assisting customers with placing orders
  • Providing updates on existing orders
  • Advising customers on promotions, offers and discounts
  • Handling queries regarding deliveries, returns and cancellations
  • Resolving complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Delivering first-class customer service at every interaction

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

You’ll initially join through Tate Recruitment on a weekly-paid timesheet basis for approximately three months. Following successful completion of this period, you’ll transfer directly to the client as a permanent employee with no additional probation period.
