The Role

As a Telemarketing / Lead Generation Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers exploring the company's products and solutions. Your mission is to spark interest, build rapport, and connect prospects with the specialist Sales Representatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Following up warm and cold leads by phone - new, existing, and returning customers
  • Handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments for field sales reps while maintaining open communication
  • Growing the CRM with accurate, high‑quality data
  • Running targeted telephone campaigns to promote new products and features
