Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing tender processes from start to finish? My client a commercial law firm are seeking an experienced Bids Manager to join their tight knit/ ambitious team. About the Role As Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing and managing bids, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the firm's strategy. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development team, you will work closely with partners, lawyers, and business support teams to create compelling, high-quality submissions that drive success. Duties will include the following: Source, identify, and circulate potential opportunities for relevant practice areas. Lead tenders from initial opportunity through to drafting, submission, post-submission feedback, and reporting, ensuring all timescales and deliverables are met. Collate non-technical responses using existing collateral and draft responses where possible.
