We are recruiting temporary staff to join the Customer Services team within the Complaints Department for our Bedford based client, with immediate start dates. This role is well suited to individuals who are patient, people focused and empathetic, and who can confidently handle sensitive customer situations while delivering a professional service.
What’s on offer:
- Pay: £14.65 per hour
- Duration: 6 weeks, but could be extended
- Training: 3 days (fully paid)
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm
- Overtime available, once trained, paid at time and a half
