The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser to join an established growing financial planning firm. You will be working within a hand-picked team of professionals to deliver the highest standard of advice to a client bank that will be assigned to you when you start with the firm. The proposition is our firm’s digital proposition designed to service clients remotely using our in-house platform designed to service new and existing clients efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Providing clients with holistic financial advice.
- Design bespoke financial plans for each client.
- Understanding the clients' goals and aspirations.
- Gaining referral business from existing clients.
- Identifying and closing new business.
- Keep accurate client records.
- Review all clients in line with company policy and the consumer duty directive.
- Uphold the company name in the highest regard.
- Work alongside your support team and motivate the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Independent Financial Advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced financial planning environment.
- Qualification: Minimum RQF Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and/or working towards chartered.
- Detail-oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time.
- Client-driven: You will advise each individual client to the highest possible standard and recommend a bespoke solution to each client.
- Networking: You are able to network with professional connections and cultivate new business introductions.
- Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic setting.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, cash flow planning tools, FE analytics.
- Technical ability: Must have strong Pension, Trust and IHT planning experience.
Desirable: Experience of Intelligent Office back-office system.
