Customer Service Coordinator - Basingstoke - £14.35 per hour | 4-month temporary role | Immediate start

Office-based Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays (rota basis)

Duties include:

  • Coordinating and booking appointments for a team of surveyors
  • Planning and organising daily schedules based on location and travel routes
  • Speaking with customers and colleagues to confirm bookings and manage changes
  • Resolving scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping systems updated and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day
