Administrator – Part Time (20 hours per week)\\n Location: Outskirts of Southampton (parking available)\\n Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (pro rata)\\n\\n Our client, a rapidly growing organisation working with some of the leading names in Science and Technology, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day). This is a varied role that will support the smooth and efficient running of the business.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nOrganising despatch and delivery documentation\\nForwarding invoices to customer's post-despatch\\nProcessing customer orders and issuing order confirmations\\nAssisting with customs and shipping queries\\nMaintaining office and laboratory supplies\\nHandling and forwarding incoming enquiries\\nBooking in deliveries and managing associated records\\nGeneral office administration, including filing and organisation Skills & Experience Required\\n\\nPrevious administrative experience in a similar role\\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy\\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively\\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset with flexibility in approach\\nIT proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, Teams (experience with Sage 50 or similar finance systems is an advantage)\\nExperience with import/export or goods in/out processes beneficial\\nKnowledge of SharePoint or other cloud-based filing systems preferred\\nOwn transport required due to office location \\n\\nIf this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience, please don't hesitate to APPLY.\\n\\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
