About the Role
My client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Further Education Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is a full-time (37 hours/week), Temp opportunity (up to 11 weeks) with an immediate start. You\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions across Further Education programmes, supporting students, academic staff, and key stakeholders.
This is more than just an admin role, it\’s a chance to be part of something meaningful, helping shape the student experience and contributing to the success of key educational events such as open days, graduations, and enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage course administration, student records, and confidential documentation.
Support academic teams and course leaders with day-to-day operations.
Organise and minute meetings, track actions, and maintain accurate records.
Act as a first point of contact for students and staff, offering guidance and support.
Assist with admissions, marketing events, and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with university-wide teams to deliver seamless administrative services.
What We\’re Looking For
Experience in Further Education or educational administration is essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office and managing databases.
