Administrator – Part Time (20 hours per week) Location: Outskirts of Southampton (parking available) Salary: Up to Β£26,000 per annum (pro rata) Our client, a rapidly growing organisation working with some of the leading names in Science and Technology, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day). This is a varied role that will support the smooth and efficient running of the business. Key Responsibilities for the Administrator: * Organising despatch and delivery documentation * Forwarding invoices to customer\’s post-despatch * Processing customer orders and issuing order confirmations * Assisting with customs and shipping queries * Maintaining office and laboratory supplies * Handling and forwarding incoming enquiries * Booking in deliveries and managing associated records * General office administration, including filing and organisation Skills & Experience Required for this Administrator role: * Previous administrative experience in a similar role * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with flexibility in approach * IT proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, Teams (experience with Sage 50 or similar finance systems is an advantage) * Experience with import/export or goods in/out processes beneficial * Knowledge of SharePoint or other cloud-based filing systems preferred * Own transport required due to office location If this Administrator role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience, please don\’t hesitate to APPLY.
