Showroom Coordinator
Location: Hammersmith, LondonCompany: Leading Sunglasses ManufacturerSchedule: Monday – Friday, In-Office
Contract Details: Long term temporary, ideally to start immediately
Salary: £14 – 15 per hour
Do you have a knack for organisation and an eye for creating visually stunning environments? Join our team as a Showroom Coordinator and play a pivotal role in showcasing our premium sunglasses collection. We're looking for someone who can ideally start ASAP, on a temporary contract with the opportunity to join the team long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained and presents products in the best light.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Coordinate and host showroom tours for potential clients and partners.
- Assist the sales team with product presentations and demonstrations.
- Plan and execute showroom events and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Provide excellent customer service and address visitor enquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Gather customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.
- Perform additional office administrative tasks as needed.
