This is an exciting opportunity to join our Resources division. We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide proactive and efficient support to our Chief Financial Officer and Director of People. The role also includes some administrative support for the senior management team in our Technology department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management for the two Directors
- Arranging and minuting meetings
- Drafting correspondence
- Producing reports
- Coordinating travel
