We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at the Tate Modern Members Room. Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active individual, keen to develop new skills, enhance knowledge and happy to contribute new ideas and improvements. They will enjoy a busy environment and be passionate about food & beverage, people and teamwork. This individual will be an effective communicator and a role model with a desire to constantly improve themselves and motivate their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front of House operations in the Tate Modern Members Room, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting teamwork, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during events and services.
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Pro-active, insightful, and able to develop new skills and ideas.
  • Experience in front-of-house leadership within hospitality, food & beverage, and events.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Salary and Contract Details:

  • Salary £17.25 per hour plus great benefits
  • Frequency: Weekly - Hourly
  • Working Hours: 32
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term - Full Time
  • Contract Details: Minimum 32 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 January 2027
  • Closing Date: 8 February, 2026
