Tate Eats is unique in the cultural world, a hospitality business whose purpose supports the vision and reach of Tate in all four of its galleries. Our business is multi-faceted; we run restaurants, cafés and bars while delivering a vast range of events from film premieres to boardroom lunches. We have a pioneering roastery setting the agenda on gender equality in the coffee supply chain. We brew beer, blend gin, create teas, and have a multi award-winning wine programme. We visit farms, research and write menus in response to Tate’s diverse programme, and collaborate with artists and curators.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Barista to join our team at the Tate Modern Members Room! Become part of the Tate Eats dynamic team and be part of Tate. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality barista service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in line with Tate Eats standards and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Contribute ideas for improvements and be proactive in a busy environment.

  • Pro-active, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Passionate about food & beverage, people and teamwork.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to use initiative and work independently.
