We're looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join a growing technology business in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in IT, with exposure to modern technologies, AI tools, and a supportive team environment.

As the first point of contact for clients, you'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and work closely with Development and Service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for client support requests.
  • Log, manage, and update support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve where possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line support teams.
  • Use internal AI tools and knowledge bases to assist with problem solving.
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
  • Ensure service levels and response times are met.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A genuine interest in IT and technology.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows.
