Our client is growing at a rapid pace and we’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join their Customer Care team and play a key role in protecting their customers, strengthening fraud‑prevention processes, and ensuring data is always accurate and high‑quality. What You’ll Do- Carry out precise validation checks across a wide range of documents and policies, ensuring all data matches internal systems.
- Use specialist tools to detect document fraud, flagging any suspicious activity.
- Speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls, offering clear explanations and ensuring a positive, professional experience.
- Accurately record, track and update validation outcomes in line with compliance and internal procedures.
- Escalate potential fraud cases through the correct channels.
- Work closely with both Customer Care and Underwriting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.
- Spot trends, highlight issues, and suggest automation or process improvements.
- Stay close to our customer operations by occasionally supporting fulfilment tasks (phone, email, live chat).
- Support colleagues by providing clear, knowledgeable responses to validation‑related queries.
- Experience in customer service, validation, operations or a regulated environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
- Strong understanding of document handling and validation processes.
- Confident using digital tools, platforms, and workflow systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your wider team.
- Experience within fraud, compliance, or insurance is a bonus — but not essential.
