  • Your wellbeing matters. Benefit from private healthcare, wellbeing programmes, mental health support, gym discounts, and more.

Our client is growing at a rapid pace and we’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join their Customer Care team and play a key role in protecting their customers, strengthening fraud‑prevention processes, and ensuring data is always accurate and high‑quality.

If you’re detail‑driven, love solving problems, and enjoy work that genuinely makes a difference, this is a role where you can shine.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out precise validation checks across a wide range of documents and policies, ensuring all data matches internal systems.

  • Speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls, offering clear explanations and ensuring a positive, professional experience.
  • Accurately record, track and update validation outcomes in line with compliance and internal procedures.
  • Escalate potential fraud cases through the correct channels.
  • Work closely with both Customer Care and Underwriting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.
  • Spot trends, highlight issues, and suggest automation or process improvements.
  • Stay close to our customer operations by occasionally supporting fulfilment tasks (phone, email, live chat).
  • Support colleagues by providing clear, knowledgeable responses to validation‑related queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, validation, operations or a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
  • Strong understanding of document handling and validation processes.
  • Confident using digital tools, platforms, and workflow systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your wider team.
  • Experience within fraud, compliance, or insurance is a bonus — but not essential.
