Our well established and award winning client is looking for a talented and creative Presentation Designer with skills in video editing to join their team. This role combines expertise in creating visually compelling presentations with dynamic video production to elevate client or internal presentations, videos, marketing, and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, an understanding of visual storytelling, and the technical skills to animate and edit content effectively.
Key Responsibilities of the Presentation Designer:
- Presentation Design Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint that align with our customers’ brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Tailor presentations for various audiences, ensuring clear communication.
- Develop custom templates and visual assets (e.g. icon sets, illustrations) to maintain brand consistency.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with goals and strategies.
- Travel to European events to provide support for changes during event rehearsals
- Video & Motion Graphics: Design, edit, and animate videos for marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, and more.
- Create motion graphics and dynamic video content to improve audience engagement and storytelling.
- Collaborate with other video editors and animators to enhance the visual quality of video projects.
- Quality Control & Consistency: Demonstrate efficient and consistent use of Slide Masters, transitions, and animations.
- Ensure all presentations and videos adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all design work for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve presentation quality and visual engagement.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and the full Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
- Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content including graphics, presentations, video
Desirable skills:
- Experience creating motion graphics or animation in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate or similar
- Experience in photography and/or videography
- Familiarity with UI and UX
- 3+ years of agency experience
- A dedicated and positive attitude with the desire to learn and develop new and existing skills
