A leading organisation is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Virtual Events Coordinator to support the delivery of virtual and some Live conferences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, communicates with confidence, and has hands‑on experience running virtual events from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operational delivery of virtual events, including registration setup, attendee management, internal coordination, and live event execution.
- Support at least one in‑person domestic event annually, including gathering dietary requirements and managing catering for groups of up to 80 attendees.
- Identify opportunities to enhance virtual audience engagement and improve the overall attendee experience.
- Develop and refine operational workflows to increase efficiency across a high volume of events.
- Collaborate with global teams on process updates and cross‑functional improvements.
- Contribute to special projects that advance virtual event products, tools, and delivery methods.
Required Experience
- High‑level onsite conference knowledge is acceptable.
- Proficiency with Zoom is required; WebEx experience is a strong plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, polished presence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
