This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Stevenage and 2 days working from home. Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage. Start date: Immediate. Contract length: 3 months.
The role will primarily support the Recruitment and Learning & Development teams within the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment process, including:
- Preparing interview packs
- Closing job advertisements
- Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews
Person Specification:
- Previous experience working within an HR department is essential
- Must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage
- Good understanding of recruitment and retention processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage, prioritise, and respond to a high volume of queries
- Strong relationship-building skills with line managers and employees
- Able to work accurately under tight deadlines
