We're partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint a talented
Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performance environment, taking ownership of recruitment across a range of Central Functions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The successful individual will bring a deep understanding of the financial services talent market, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to identify and attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.

The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping shape hiring strategies and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of Central Functions roles, from initial briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Developing robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and networking.
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews and assessments to identify high-calibre talent.
- Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing relationships with external recruitment partners, search firms and suppliers.
- Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and hiring recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Acting as a trusted talent advisor within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong combination of recruitment expertise, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
You will ideally have
- A minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience gained within a hedge fund, asset manager, alternative investment firm, investment bank or comparable financial services environment.
- Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience within a hedge fund or investment management business.
- Experience recruiting across Human Resources and other Central Functions disciplines.
- A strong understanding of the pace, complexity and stakeholder expectations associated with high-performing investment businesses.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent recruitment processes while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Experience managing agency and executive search relationships.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
