Our client, a government-funded, independent body that provides free, impartial legal advice on residential leasehold and park home law, are going through an exciting period of change and are looking to bring on an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support their team on a circa 9-month fixed-term contract.

9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - must be available immediately

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of HR activity in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

The role:

  • Maintaining HR records and updating the HRIS
  • Coordinating onboarding and leavers
  • Tracking probations and supporting recruitment processes
  • Supporting performance review and learning & development administration
  • Arranging meetings, taking notes, and maintaining trackers/logs
