The Role
As an Executive Team Assistant in the London office, you will provide top‑class support to senior leaders and high‑performing traders, ensuring seamless operations in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes environment. You’ll be a trusted partner—anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and enabling leaders to perform at their absolute best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex, ever‑changing diaries and high‑volume inboxes
- Coordinating global travel across multiple time zones with precision
- Preparing high‑quality documents, board materials, presentations, and correspondence
- Leading meeting coordination: schedules, agendas, materials, logistics, and guest management
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders as a key liaison
