About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. You’ll work closely with operational teams to align workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural initiatives with our overall business strategy. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of home working, regional travel, and occasional office visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and build HR strategies that support performance and growth.
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
  • Support and influence talent management, including succession planning, performance development, and recruitment for critical roles.
  • Identify skills gaps and champion learning and development initiatives.

  • Support organisational change projects with strong HR leadership.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
