Senior Administrator – Finance

We’re seeking a confident and capable Senior Administrator to join a successful finance organisation, established for over 50 years. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working across departments, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a key contact for external service providers and internal communications
- Overseeing client onboarding and compliance (AML, KYC, CRM updates)
- Supporting the Practice Manager with finance tasks including payroll, VAT returns & management accounts
- Managing health & safety admin and coordinating office maintenance
- Providing ad hoc support across the firm, including reception and marketing
What you’ll bring:
- Strong administration experience (accountancy or professional services)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Practice Management systems
- Familiarity with AML/KYC and GDPR principles (a plus!)
- A proactive, calm and professional attitude
