Senior Administrator – Finance

📍 London

🕒 Full-time, 35 hours per week

We’re seeking a confident and capable Senior Administrator to join a successful finance organisation, established for over 50 years. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working across departments, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a key contact for external service providers and internal communications
  • Overseeing client onboarding and compliance (AML, KYC, CRM updates)
  • Supporting the Practice Manager with finance tasks including payroll, VAT returns & management accounts
  • Managing health & safety admin and coordinating office maintenance
  • Providing ad hoc support across the firm, including reception and marketing

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong administration experience (accountancy or professional services)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Practice Management systems
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC and GDPR principles (a plus!)
  • A proactive, calm and professional attitude
