We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Customer Service Team Leader to lead a high-performing team within a vibrant, customer-focused business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning organisation known for its quality, service, and strong team culture.

The Role

You’ll lead two front-line teams (circa 10 people) across Godalming and Oxted locations. Your focus will be on:

  • Driving new business sales performance
  • Delivering excellent client service and retention
