What You’ll Get

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, registrations, taxation, stock movements, transfers, and handovers
  • Liaise with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain precise records across systems including vehicle stock, documentation, and demonstrator fleets
  • Produce reports, support audits, and assist with profit checks
  • Manage used vehicle purchasing, stocking, funding, and compliance checks
  • Work collaboratively across new, used, and corporate sales functions

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the motor trade (essential)
  • Sales Administration experience preferred (warranty/service admin also considered)
  • Highly organised with a methodical, detail-focused approach
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience with systems such as Drive, Dealerweb, or iStore is advantageous
