We are seeking a hands‑on, organised Team Leader to support and motivate our Sales Administration team, ensuring smooth, accurate end‑to‑end order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a busy Sales Admin team; set priorities, clear blockers and maintain productivity.
- Oversee full order lifecycle: validate orders, update systems, coordinate with suppliers/logistics, and confirm dispatch.
- Act as a key contact for clients and suppliers, handling queries professionally.
- Track KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, on‑time delivery) and recommend process improvements.
- Train and coach colleagues; manage rotas and ensure consistent service levels.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and escalate issues proactively.
- Team leadership experience (formal or informal).
- Order processing experience in a product/distribution environment.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident using MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Dynamics, etc.).
- High attention to detail and calm under pressure.
- Experience refining workflows/SOPs.
- Excel reporting (lookups, pivots).
- Familiarity with SLAs in fulfilment/logistics.
- A stable, collaborative, office‑based role in Reading.
