We are recruiting for a global property firm with an impressive Retail portfolio and we are seeking a highly competent, capable and professional Retail Centre Operations Manager, working in their Grimsby location.
As the Centre Manager you will ensure the overall smooth running of the centre, including the recruitment and training of all staff whilst maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our customers through the management of Health & Safety systems and the promotion of best practice throughout all tasks.
As Centre Manager you will communicate the vision of the Retail Centre Scheme. You will be a strong and motivational leader who has a proven track record in effectively developing and nurturing teams in a retail environment.
You will work closely with North East Lincolnshire Council and the wider company Retail teams to lead the successful operation and overall smooth running of the Centre, to achieve ongoing growth through strategic direction, management leadership, stakeholder engagement, innovation and accountability.
As part of the asset team, you will assist with driving performance and growth to strengthen the asset, as well as its long-term success. You will enhance the overall profitability and performance of the Centre by overseeing the implementation of the commercialisation strategy aligned with the brand and driving other non-rent initiatives.
