We\’re looking for a personable and proactive Receptionist Administrator to be the welcoming face of a law firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow within a boutique law firm known for its collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
What you\’ll be doing
• Managing front-of-house and reception duties with warmth and professionalism
• Setting up meeting rooms, handling deliveries, and keeping the office running smoothly
• Supporting senior staff with diary management, room bookings, and PA tasks
• Spotting and solving problems before they escalate – from tech issues to stationery shortages
• Assisting with client onboarding, AML checks, and general office enquiries
• Getting involved in mini projects, events, and merchandise orders
• Fire alarm testing, keyboard requests, and other day-to-day operational support
What you\’ll bring
• A sparkly, can-do attitude and love for supporting others
• Personable, well-presented, and confident in client-facing situations
• Proactive mindset – you notice what\’s wrong and fix it without being asked
• Interest in PA or operations work, with potential to grow into an Office Manager or top-tier PA
