Private Personal Assistant to Founder (UHNWI) & Family - please read outline below before applying

4 days in office and required international travel.

London | Primarily Office-Based | Highly Confidential Appointment

Exceptional Salary Package | Negotiable for the Right Individual

We are conducting a highly confidential search for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Founder and their family.

This is first and foremost a private PA position, with approximately 80% of the role focused on managing the Founder’s personal, family and lifestyle affairs, and 20% supporting business-related matters. Applicants whose experience is primarily corporate Executive Assistant support, without significant exposure to private household and lifestyle management, are unlikely to be suitable for this opportunity.

We are seeking an individual who has previously operated within a private, high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth environment and is completely comfortable managing every aspect of a busy principal's personal life. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys handling private matters, takes pride in creating order behind the scenes and can seamlessly oversee multiple moving parts with absolute discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the Founder and family, ensuring that their personal world operates efficiently, smoothly and effortlessly at all times.

This is a highly varied position where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Founder's personal affairs, family commitments, properties, travel arrangements, household operations and lifestyle requirements.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organisational abilities and a service-oriented mindset. You will be expected to anticipate needs before they arise, solve problems independently and ensure every detail is meticulously executed.

The Founder is looking for a long-term, trusted partner who can quickly become indispensable and take genuine ownership of their personal affairs.

  • Supporting a variety of business-related projects and operational tasks.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you must have substantial experience supporting a private individual, entrepreneur, principal, founder, family office executive or ultra-high-net-worth family where personal support formed a significant part of your responsibilities.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in a private PA, lifestyle management, household management or hybrid private/business support role.
  • Significant exposure to supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Experience managing households, residences, staff and lifestyle requirements.
  • Advanced travel planning expertise, including complex international itineraries.

  • A calm, composed and solutions-focused mindset.

Given the highly trusted nature of this appointment, our client places considerable importance on stability and longevity.

We are specifically seeking individuals who have developed long-term relationships with the principals, executives or families they have supported. Candidates who have established themselves as trusted confidants and remained within positions for significant periods of time will be viewed particularly favourably.

This opportunity is best suited to someone seeking a long-term career move rather than a stepping stone to their next position.
