Pensions Analyst (Hybrid – London & South East)
We’re working with a growing, people-first pensions consultancy looking to add a Pensions Analyst to their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to trustee services, pensions governance, and client consulting, with a clear pathway for progression.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting trustee board and committee meetings
- Preparing agendas, collating papers, and managing meeting cycles
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Tracking actions and maintaining governance records
- Supporting research, reporting, and client projects
- Assisting with budgets, invoicing, and supplier coordination
What they’re looking for:
- Experience or interest in pensions / financial services
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
