Office Manager
Location: Taunton, UK
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: Circa £48,000, plus benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Office Manager for a well-established IFA practice in Bristol. This is a brand-new role, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with specific experience in Intelliflo – Intelligent Office and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) practice.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, IFA’s providing guidance and support.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support senior management with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IFA practice.
- Proven experience in Intelliflo – Intelligent Office.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
