Travel is required across the UK and Europe, with some Middle East travel, particularly during June, September, October, November and December 2026. A full event schedule will be shared during the interview process.

About You

  • 2+ years’ professional experience, ideally supporting onsite or virtual conferences
  • A Bachelor’s degree (essential for consideration)
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence working in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and global teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong service ethic

Technical Skills
