We are recruiting for a brand-new opportunity supporting a recently launched workforce partnership across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. This is an exciting chance to join a growing project from the very beginning, playing a key role in building relationships, managing staffing requirements and supporting workforce delivery across three major hospital sites.

This is far more than a traditional recruitment role. You will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, working closely with ward managers, hospital leaders and workforce teams to ensure staffing demands are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships across multiple hospital departments and stakeholder groups
  • Acting as the onsite workforce and recruitment specialist across three hospital locations
  • Recruiting, onboarding and growing the staff bank workforce
  • Managing staffing requests and shift fulfilment through workforce management systems
  • Attending operational and staffing meetings to understand workforce demand
  • Analysing staffing data and workforce trends, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Supporting workforce planning initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve staffing levels
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate system management across staffing platforms
  • Delivering a high-touch, customer-focused service to both candidates and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to a vehicle
